Hemp flour

Milled finer than protein powder and used differently — hemp flour is a baking ingredient, not a supplement.

A baking ingredient, not a supplement

Hemp flour is press cake milled to a fine, baking-ready texture — typically blended with other flours rather than used alone, valued for its fibre content and mild nutty flavour in bread, crackers, and baked goods.

We supply in bulk to bakeries and food manufacturers building hemp flour into an existing product line.

Common questions

Can hemp flour replace regular flour entirely?
Typically no — it's low in gluten-forming proteins, so most recipes blend it with wheat or other flours rather than substituting it entirely. Ask us for typical blend ratios used in commercial baking.
How is hemp flour different from protein powder?
Both come from the same press cake — flour retains more of the cake's natural fibre and composition for baking use, while protein powder is typically processed to concentrate protein content further.
