Hemp hydrosol
Hydrosol is what's left in the still after essential oil is separated out — a gentler, water-based aromatic product with its own dedicated buyer base.
A byproduct with its own market
When hemp flower is steam-distilled to produce essential oil, the aromatic water that remains in the still — the hydrosol — is collected separately as its own product, valued in skincare for its gentler concentration compared to essential oil, well suited to toners, facial mists, and sensitive-skin formulations.
